
I have been weightlifting, for over 25+ years! There are a number of exercising styles: Power lifting, Bodybuilding, Resistance Band Training, working out to tone muscles, working out to lose weight, while working out based on YOUR goals. Each exercise style uses different equipment, weights/resistance, and even different form.
I am a Certified Personal Trainer and have learned a great deal over the years.
I can become your Individual Personal Fitness Coach. With this option, I will work out with you during your scheduled training sessions. This will allow me to make on-the-spot adjustments to your program, form, and weights/resistance, while working alongside you. Each session is for appropriately 30 to 60 minutes per session.
The sessions can be scheduled Monday through Saturday starting as early 7:30 am and ending no later than 9 pm. (I will consider training sessions on Sunday based on a specific circumstances.) I provide these sessions in Lake and Porter Counties. (Payments can be made in-advance to my Venmo account. Please email or call me and I will provide you my Venmo account information.)
